Refund policy
We have a 30-day policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.
To be accepted, the item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with its tags and packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase may be requested.
Orders placed with a welcome code (e.g. KT20) are fully eligible for return — a promo code never prevents you from returning or exchanging an item.
Size exchange — free in Switzerland
Wrong size? We exchange it for free in 3 steps:
- Write to us at contact@knnctofficial.com with your order number and the size you want.
- Send your item back to the address we give you. In Switzerland, return shipping for a size exchange is on us.
- We ship the new size as soon as we receive it, free of charge.
Returns & refunds
For a refund, contact us at contact@knnctofficial.com with your order number. We'll tell you the steps to follow. Items sent back without a prior request are not accepted.

Once your return is received and checked, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to process it.
Damage or wrong item
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item — we'll make it right.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
For delivery within the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order, without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with its tags and packaging.
